1-20oz. can Campbell's mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 med. onion, finely chopped |
milk to desired consistancy
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley |
Slightly cook chopped onion in a little margerine until translucent. Add concentrate of soup and grated cheese. Heat this through until cheese is melted. Add milk and stir to blend. Serve when heated through and garnish with fresh parsley.
