Broccoli Sesame Vegetables & Fruits

1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 bunch broccoli(1lb/500g)
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. grated gingerroot

In a small pan, cook sesame seeds over medium heat for 3 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally; set aside. Cut broccoli into florets;peel stalks and slice diagonally. Boil broccoli for 5 to 6 minutes or steam for 12 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and place in a serving dish.Combine orange juice,sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger; toss with broccoli. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Makes 4 servings.
