3 sweet potatoes
1 tbsp. butter, melted | salt & pepper |
Scrub potatoes; cut lengthwise into 8 wedges. Arrange in a single layer on a large piece of heavy-duty foil; sprinkle with butter. Fold up foil and seal tightly to form packet.
Place on grill over med-high heat; cover and cook, turning once, for 12 to 15 minutes per side or until tender. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings.
For crisper edges, remove from foil and place wedges directly on the grill for one or two minutes per side.
